\r\n\r\nJob Description:\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nAbout the Role:\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nOur client, who designs and constructs livestock, hog, and post-frame buildings, is hiring a Construction Site Supervisor. This role is responsible for overseeing all construction processes, providing leadership, direction, and management of agricultural construction sites. To be successful, candidates must demonstrate strong leadership, strategic planning, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic. This position supports Iowa and surrounding states.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nKey Responsibilities:\r\n\r\n\r\n\tServe as the on-site representative, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance.\r\n\tManage construction schedules, assign work, and coordinate with management to minimize risks.\r\n\tMonitor budgets, costs, and project objectives.\r\n\tTrack materials, equipment, and maintenance needs on site.\r\n\tRead and interpret blueprints, plans, and construction drawings.\r\n\tConduct safety and quality inspections, enforcing OSHA compliance.\r\n\tSupervise company crews and subcontractors, directing daily operations.\r\n\tCoordinate concrete, construction, installation, and electrical crews.\r\n\tBuild strong customer relationships and respond to inquiries promptly.\r\n\tComplete daily, weekly, and project reports; collaborate with owners, estimators, and sales teams.\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nQualifications:\r\n\r\n\r\n\tAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.\r\n\t3–5 years of construction experience with proven project management success.\r\n\tKnowledge of construction equipment, procedures, and safety guidelines.\r\n\tExcellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.\r\n\tAbility to travel extensively and manage multiple sites.\r\n\tValid driver’s license; post-offer background check and drug screen required.\r\n\tProficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Teams, and Outlook.\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nCompensation & Benefits:\r\n\r\n\r\n\tCompetitive salary with performance-based bonus opportunity\r\n\tHealth, Dental, Vision Insurance\r\n\tPTO & Holiday Pay\r\n\t401K Match & Profit Sharing\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nPhysical Requirements:\r\n\r\n\r\n\tAbility to lift up to 75 lbs, stand for long periods, climb, bend, reach, and walk on uneven surfaces\r\n\tExposure to extreme temperatures\r\n\t \r\n\r\n\r\nInterested in this Opportunity?
